[Resolved]  Aqua Guard — Service under Warranty period

I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance UV+ prodcut from Eureka Forbes 8 months before. Eureka Forbes salesman who sold this machine mentioned that this product comes with one-free service during one year warranty period. "Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) policy says that product service under the Warranty period will be done based on customer's demand" Question is "Why the hell I should remind them what Eureka Forbes (Aquaguard) supposed to do when the product is under the warranty period" ? After-sale product support is soaring. Another thing is call center service requesting is extremely frustrating, tons of disturbance, time consuming, and representatives talk with no respect. Strangely, call center representative mentioned to me that this product comes with "two free-services during the one year warranty period" I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AQUAGUARD WATER PURIFIER PRODUCT.
