About the company: the company aqua pure plus situated in anna nagar in chennai is water purifer seller and service company. They sell sub standard products at higher price. They attract customers through their service features which are all false Issue: the water purifier unit is one month old. There has been a leakage for which we have been complaining for the last 4 days. The company is making false promises to come and rectify but never turn up. Please help. I purchase AQUA NOVA ro system at porrur shop by last tuesday.that unit make some problem then i cal to mr siva (sales manager)&they give 24*7 helpline number .then i cal to that number its really super because they latest s/w (CRM).the service person come to my home within 10 minutes .its eally superrrrr.keep it
