Aquaguard — Nano Plus Purified gone on fault within 3 months

I have bought a Nano Pure 11 stage purification with 3 stage production on 7th April 2013. It was not even worked for 5 months where as the first complaint given to the customer care on 26th August, 2013 and the complaint number for the same given to me is 27639. They have sent so many engineers for servicing it and so many spares were changed and even after it is not working. There are nearabout 4 to 5 service person had visited my home and they have shown multi number of faults and the faults are given below for your ref. 1) Memberance Issue - They Have added some powder like thing to solve the issue and collected some Rs.150 for the same. (Service Eniner No.[protected] - Manikandan) 2) Filter issue - They have taken the filter twice to change the filter but the hardness of the water not changed at 3) Water pumping issue - Motor Fault. They have taken a motor for chcking it and they have confirmed that the motor is an issue which not pumping enough water. I have totally fed up with the service done onthis issue and contacted Mr. Murugan, Service Manage on his mobile number [protected] and reqeusted him to replace the machine since the machine has given enough complaints within 4 months of purchase. He has refuced to accept any thing and not even bother to listen anything. He made it very clear that he cant able to change the device and proceed with whatever way I want. There I have stopped entertaining any people from Aqua Guard and waited for almost 2 years. Now I am planning to file a Consumer Complaint with consumer forrum and writing this to inform about the issue, since I want to give a notice to escalation to the people who is over and above Mr Murugan.
