[Resolved] Aquaguard — Pathetic Annual Maintenance service | |||
I am using Eureka Forbes, Aqua-guard Duo water purifier and recently renewed the AMC. Soon after the purifier stopped working 10 days back. I registered a formal complaint on 24th June 2014. The complaint number is 76905674. I was told that Service engineer will come on or before 26th June 2014 to service it. No one turned up. So escalated the complaint on 27th June (Complaint number[protected]. The response was that the engineer will turn up the same day. From 27th till today (30th June 2014), I have called them for more than 25 times. And they have only one standard answer " we will expedite it and the service engineer will reach your premise with in a day".I felt as if I am talking to IVR rather than call centre officers. Once I started shouting at them, they gave me manager Suresh's numbers - [protected]/[protected]. Neither the manager attended my numerous calls nor he reverted back. Now it is close to 7 days since my initial complaint. I am stranded and have no clue what to do with their pathetic service now. Was this information helpful? | |||
