[Resolved]  Aquaguard — Wrong Product Sold by the Sales Executive

I made query for purchase of Aquaguard RO in March, 2014 The Sales Executive visited my home checked the sample of water and suggested me that there is no need of RO as the TDS is very low and in future whenever I feel that the TDS is high at that time I can convert same purifier to RO by just adding one additional unit. Now, I want to convert my purifier to RO and now came to now that it cannot be converted to RO and I have to buy new RO purifier. So the incompetent guy with half information sold me the purifier and now asking to get deducted the 6000 Rs. for the old purifier and pay the difference amount. Why should I bear this extra burden?
