Aramex Courier — Tampered pack and stealing one bulb from pack of 10

I ordered a pack of 10 of 5w LED bulbs from rediff a week back. I received it from OM electricals, Faridabad via Aramex courier. Though the pack appeared intact from outside, inner box was tampered either by the local courier or somebody in between. One bulb was stolen and nine were in the box. the local courier is denying it.
