Aramex Courier — Unaccepted delays due to ignorance | |||
My shipment was booked on 3rd Nov from Lucknow for delivery at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This courier company does not have any idea, where is Chhattisgarh state in India. Just for the sake of sending with all ignorance by its staff they send it to Chandigarh instead of Chhattisgarh. Then parcel comes back to Delhi and lies there for 5 days. I made complain on their website but other than auto generated mails I did not get any response from the courier company. Finally on 11th Nov status changes and it show the item is received in Durg, one of the cities in Chhattisgarh. I don't know why they send the item to Durg when the delivery point is Raipur and by any mean it must have passed from Raipur only. Now today when I am calling on their customer care[protected], they are saying they have transferred it to one of their agent and they don't know the name of the agent. They also say, there is no responsibility after this point since it is not with Aramex now and transferred to other courier company and for which they don't have any information, and new courier company will deliver you goods. Pathetic, disgusting, irresponsible, irresponsive, unprofessional, what else... uuhhhh. How such companies are surviving in this cometitive world I don't know. Was this information helpful? | |||
