Aramex Couriers — Delay / No response

My consignee from China had booked a shipment wit Aramex couriers on 25th of Dec. They have not delivered it yet. ON 11th of January, I had received an email asking for invoice and payment details which were duly sent to them. No one is responding on the given numbers i.e.[protected] and [protected] (direct number of the contact person, Ms. Pyarimohan Das).
The docket number is [protected].
The case reference number provided by them is DEL/0116/12778.
I have been calling on their customer care no but everytime they tell me the query has been escalated and someone will contact you very soon.
Such things are not expected from Aramex couriers. They simply don't care for the customer's inconvenience.
Please look into this matter.
