[Resolved] Aramex Couriers — Non delivery of product for last 3 weeks and wrong track information | |||||
I have ordered a boot from "india times shopping" on 12th july (order no: [protected]) and unlucky the courier is aramex. till this time i didn't receive any update on the same. tracking info shows that, it is in transit. i called up aramex service care to inform this and they replied as - "product mistakenly moved to bangalore and it need some more time to get it in coimbatore". This is the worst courier service provider! Takes a lot of time for delivery, never to use these people again . they are committing day light robbery with worst customer support . I hope they close down real fast and learn from others like GoJava, Delhivery
