Archies Online — Did not receive my order yet

I had ordered a card online and paid for it through e-banking. offical dispatched it on 6-october-2015 and it reached jalandhar (my location) on 9-october-2015 in some courier office of theirs. they are not delivering the product to my place. neither picking up my call.please help
