Archies — Product not delivered

I had ordered gifts for my new born kid from archies website while i was in Belgium.My wife had to call them daily to remind them to send the product.The customer care was very rude.They finally delivered the goods but did not send a teddy worth rs 700.My wife called the helpdesk.They promised to refund but never got the money back. Very disappointing...Never order from this website.
