I Chandana T, have placed an order for the book whose code is C033. it has already been seven days since i have placed the order, and the money is also paid in advance, and i have also received the invoice, but i am not receiving any updates regarding the delivery of the product.apart from this customer care service is very bad..they dont reply to any of my questions..and sometimes they pick up the call and dont speak...this sort of behaviour will not be tolerated by any customer.. please let me know the status of my order..ID:A 205101. I kindly request u to send me the details of the order at the fastest..as it has already been a week...my exams are nearing and the book is urgently needed.kindly take action on the customer care service incharge people, especially the below mentioned number
