Arise India Limited — Complaint resolution about water Geyser not done after 8 months | |||||
I bought a Water Geyser(Champion 25 Liter)2+3 year warranty on 16th Dec 2014 from Unique Electronics, Shop no:7, IGNOU Road, Saidulajab, ND 110030.(bill no:1181). It was working fine for nearly 5 months and after that the water was not getting heated so contacted the customer care, they informed us to wait till September to get the issue checked and rectified. On 1st Oct 2015 we complained and got complaint no:DL[protected] and there was no revert, On 8th Oct 2015, we complained again for the issue and got the complaint no:DL[protected] and after multiple follow-up we got another complaint no:DL[protected] on 14th and has been calling almost every day but the response from the customer service is PATHETIC and WORST. IS there any officer in the customer service who can attend to the issue and resolve the same. The field Technician Abhishek([protected]) was very rude and was least bothered about the issue and was asking me to use Gas Cylinder instead of Geyser. Please note if I am not getting a solution for the issue, will move to consumer court. I have all the transaction happened over the call recorded in the phone.
