[Resolved]  Ark Builders — Non Refund of Advance

I booked a 2 BHK flat in ARK homes, Bollarum by ARK builders, by paying Rs.20, 000 in 2009 September by trusting them, as they told, they got GHMC approval already by then and also their project is already approved by national banks. I enquired and waited for almost 6 months, but as banks said they dont have any approval with ARK homes name. So, I purchased another flat in another project and told them to cancel my booking and refund my amount back. The fact is they got GHMC approval n banks approval much later, almost after 8 to 9 months, from time they told they already got both approvals. I said, it is ok, just give my booking amount Rs.20k back. I am following up, but still not got the amount from them. So, planning to file a consumer complaint in Lakdikapul Consumer centre, hyderabad. I will ask them one last time and file the complaint.
