Non Refund of Excess Income tax Assessment Year 2010-11 I, HMT Kushalpal Singh, filed my Income Tax Return for Assessment Year 2010-11 with ITO, GHQ Ward 4 (1), Pune and ITR V acknowledged No [protected] fwd to CPC Bangalore and recd ITR V by CPC on 30 May 2013. After more than three month ITR transfer out of CPC to Jurisdiction Assessing Officer income tax office on 05 Sep 2013 (my Jurisdiction/local office is ITO WD 4(1) GHQ Pune).
