[Resolved]  Army Postal Life Insurance — Non receipt of transfer of my policy

I NO 14920229M Nk(TS) Mastan Reddy Kukkala holding a Policy No APS/NM/131199L since 1994 and I was retired from service as on 31 Aug 2011 from MIRC (Ahmednagar). Also I had sended my policy related documents to your HQ through the APOof Ahmednagar as on 28 Aug 2011. But your HQ can't tranfer my policy docus till date this is very very poor show of Army postal department I had already contacted many many times your clerks and recorded their answers in my pone any one can't give me asatisfied answer to me so it is totally shame to our Indian Army. Now I decided to complaint to all the autherities linked with our Defence sector.
