Arshopee — Non receipt of consignments against orders 2230 and 2238

Subsequent to my filing complaints on 28/3/2015 and today ie., 30/03/2015, against orders 2230 and 2238, I have received phone call from [protected] stating that the above orders are cancelled and they intend to refund Rs 25999/- and Rs 8999/- respectively and asked for the details about my credit card / ATM cum debit card so that I will get the refund within Five minutes. I refused to share with them the details.
