C.S.Pati is very much alive and attending office with his brother and Mamata Tripathi (the rude woman). You need to get together and put him behind bar. Taking back money is not at all an option. He has to handover the plot or go to Jail. Please bring in as many people you know who have been cheated and lodge a police complain together. It will be difficult to fight with him alone. I had bought 4 plots from ascend creation project near Mendhasala in 2009 and paid entire amount during that time, registration was also done. Few years back few people who bought plot over there had filed a police complaint don't know the status. any update on that much appreciate, should we hope to get something from them.

I am suffering from Chandrasekhar Pati"s asends creations Rd 1lac till not received that amount and not respond from his side

I have paid Rs 3 Lakhs for plots in 2011 from Chandrasekhar Pati"s Asends Creations. Till now I have not any plot physically.
