The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

dear students you must be knowing asia e university - dr. vel murgan making money thru its authorised study centers and not giving proper clarity to the students about the university approvals, the university is not at all ignue or dec approved its a simple foreign university which is not having any ugc or dec approval or recognation, the letter they are uploaded and showing to the students is not having any clear understing its only a token...
