[Resolved]  asia motor works — report about the cheating in terms of hidden contract

Dear team My name is Danish anis junior and i am running a stone crusher (DANISH GRANITE) ADD- Kabrai, Distt- Mahoba UP. As for the need of company I had bought an AMW tipper ( No- UP91 T 2589) from Kanpur branch just few months back. And at the time of purchase I've been told that "this tipper is carrying a guarantee of one year but whenever we needed they says that it was a guarantee of 1000hrs... and due to this i think I've been cheated... And moreover it's not a matter of one time they are repeatedly doing this... at first the Clutch plate of tipper was gone so I paid a bill of around 20000Rs for a new clutch plate and as now something called Pata (in local language) is broken and it's again a matter of around 15000 Rs and now too I am getting the same kind of anwer and the most worst was the time wastage because of this arguments the tipper wasn't repaired for around 10 days each time so the major loss was this, the whole installment of tipper for one month(76000 Rs) was paid by my own pocket... If action is not being taken against them then they will surely keep doing same... Please please please take some action against them and teach them a lesson... Thank you
