Asian Paints — Complain | |||
I am writing this, concerning to the proposal of giving order to paint my new home. My name is Mr. Pallab Chatterjee bearing the BP Number is 12145220. The new home where I have given the responsibility to Asian Paints to paint my new home bears the address -Neer Apartment, Flat No-3E, Halderpara, Howrah, Pin-711103, West Bengal. I have done the communication with Mr. Abhijeet Kumar (Mob-[protected])(Sales Executive-Asian Paints). During the final conversation, he has stated that 1 coat of paint will be done to my house within 20th of this month and have also added that failing to do the same within the stipulated time, he will also pay the penalty. Today is 24th of this month but till now, a single coat of paint hasn't been done yet to the house. Secondly, he was told to level each of the areas where the AC(s) have been installed and to specially take care of the areas where the AC(s) have to be installed. But, astonishingly, the areas told to be taken special care has neither been leveled nor been painted properly. In this scenario, my AC(s) will start to be installed from tomorrow onwards.I have personally visited the site today and to dismay, it is found that the condition of the areas where they need to be installed is not taken any care of. Finding no other option, I have approached Mr. Abhijeet Kumar (Mob-[protected])(Sales Executive-Asian Paints), when he told that this falls into the responsibility of the site supervisor, sk.md.shahraz ([protected]) and not him. When I approached sk.md.shahraz ([protected]), he said in turn that no such instruction or anything has been given to him from the side of the company. Hence, in this regard, I want to know if this falls into the responsibility of myself to judge all these things and inform the people who are in the project for the smooth co-ordination. Added, who will take the responsibility/ bear the penalty for delaying my work which was once promised to have been done on time. Thirdly, at the time of my booking for online paining by Asian Paints, they have offered me that in case the booking amount is greater than Rs. 50, 000/-, then the colour consulting charge(Rs-1500/-) will be deducted from the total amount. But in the final bill, it was found that the same has not been deducted in any way. Hence, it needs to be understood, why the company keeps such employees in the organization who fails to maintain the company reputation along with the customer satisfaction.Who will bear the penalty of my situation?I want strict responses from the organization end. Else, I shall be forced to report the event to the Consumer Forum. If the problem is not solved within 12 hours time and finding no other stoned unturned, I shall have to take legal actions against the same.
