[Resolved] Asian Paints — Poor quality of paints and poor response from asian paints | |||||
We engaged Asian Paints to paint our house The painting work is completed with poor quality(no trained painters) and service. The Royale texture paint started peeling off within 1 week of painting.I have launched a complaint in customer care (Complaint No:[protected].A person from asian paint visited.I am not getting a satisfactory response from your side . Inspite of reminding the customer care no one is bothered .Please provide a proper solution for this issue. there was no finishing in the work and has dark spots and irregular lines all over the texture. its total disappointment and i would never recommend asian paints pathetic work full payment. first train your painters than make promises. its clearly mentioned apply second coat after 4-6 hours but they did just 1 coating of texture mayb thats why the paint work is so bad !
How to Use
Base Coat Application:
Mix 1 litre of Asian Paint’s Royale Luxury Emulsion (required shade as per the shade combination chosen) with 300 to 350 ml of water. Apply with a brush followed by a roller. Allow drying for 4 to 6 hours and apply another coat.
so your taking full payment and giving 50% work ?
