[Resolved] Asianet — Asianet broadband - daily connection issue - countless complaints registered | |||||
Subscriber code: cn87699 I have been having connection issues from past two months. On a daily basis i had to call the customer care support to get them to do something at their end which would temporarily solve the issue. I have to restart my modem once they did this to get this working. However, i keep facing the same issue the next day, and the next day, and it keeps on going. I tried to call this guy at the palarivattom office (Mr. Sapath) but he wouldnt pick up the call. I think he's their manager. I have suffered for 60 days, and i've had enough. I am disconnecting my subscription, getting my deposit money back. I hope reliance serves better. So my advice to y'all people. Asianet broadband - dont count on them. Not trust worthy.
