[Resolved] Asianet — bad experience at asianet communications marketing office, peroorkada, trivandrum | |||
Sir, i am Reji from Trivandrum Kerala. My set top box remote got damaged and I called Asianet Marketing office, Peroorkada Trivandrum at[protected] on 31st May, at 17:10 and asked whether i could get a new remote if i come to their office. The lady who attended my call said that payment is closed and the next day (Sunday) will be open and I can come after 10:00 hours. I asked whether Sunday will be open and she said that there will be person in counter and I can make payment provided I came after 10:00 hours. Today (1st June) by 11.30 hours I went there to buy the remote. The lady sitting there told me that there is no person in cash counter as it is Sunday !. I explained the whole scenario to her and the excuse she is saying that she don’t know who sat there at counter at 17:10 previous day and that lady might have forgotten that the next day will be Sunday !!
