Asianet Broadband — hopeless service | |||
My broadband connection got cut during a lightning as the router was damaged. I bought new router paying from my pocket from this provider.Since then the speed has reduced drastically to the extend that even skype cannot connect.Many times complaints were filed, but no use. My request to all friends will be to never consider Asianet Broadband while r going for new connection or renewal. This company is group of people who are specialised in cheating only.May be their employes are all mediocre posing as if they know about Internet services.My experience is that they are worthless. They only want increase number of subscribers and generate money without providing service.It is high time people take this bunch o[censored]nworthy group to the court. Asianet broadband service is the worst one can ever take. It disconnects every now and then. There are no relaible means by which we can get a complaint redressed. Whenever we call the issue gets resolved breifly, to repeat again shortly thereafter. The billing service is also poor. i am still not getting my billing statement even after several requests. The connection is least reliable, especially in present times, when kids take exams and attend classes online.
