[Resolved] Asianet Broadband — Network speed- | |||||
I have a connection of asianet having sub code: cn105617. I took a plan of 1mbps - unlimited. But it has been more than 15 days, the speed is damn slow.. The speed test shows 110kbps. Repeated complaints has yielded no effect. Customer care says that the problem will be resolved soon but its been more than 15 days, still no action on the broadband speed. The connection is in the name of jishnu raj - ph: [protected]: Please take necessary steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
