Asianet Cable — Cable connection to television | |||||
We have both Asianet HD and the normal Asianet satellite cable vision connections at home. For the past 3 days both connections are not working properly and more than 90% of the channels are unavailable. Today morning onwards complete loss of connection started and till 8 in the evening connection has not been restored. When contacting their customer care, all they do is ask for the set top box serial number and to restart the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
