Dear Sir, I am submitting this compliant to your good office regarding the non- accepting the disconnection of cable connection and subsequent call from your office for making payment of cable charges and also sending repeated message for payment.I was holding cable connection with ID No.AA92033681 since 2007 and due transfer of my residence from Trivandrum on March 2014 I requested your office to disconnect my connection and refund my deposited one year amount, which was made few days before in the month of march 2014 . In turn your company official reported the amount deposited for one year will not refund on disconnection and due my urgency of shifting residence I informed your company to leave the connection till the money get exhausted. Now I am getting call from your company for making payment even after the matter informed to your customer care several times. I was not using this connection last one year and due unknown reason your company is not entertaining my request also. Kindly look in to the matter and get me an immediate relief from the problem.
