Asianet Broadband — Tv109298 I'm totally upset with the service, getting from Asianet Broadband. Paid the dues today morning but till now it is not revoked.Without proper intimation, suspended the connection, it is your duty to revoke before my calls. I called 11times today for revoking my connection. What bloody service you are giving to your customers. Even the excutives know only one word "sir, we'll give a follow-up" and they don't even know that where the customer have to call for reconnection since 12oclock they are saying that theyare doing the follow up. I'm paying 14% service tax and this is the service you give to a customer. How many days do I have to wait to get my connection??!! When we're applying for a new connection they call us 10-15 times, but after they get the customer we have to touch their feet inorder to get our queries and complaints resolved. Had paid all dues of ASIANET BROADBAND earlier, shows no pending dues on their official website. Still they came and disconnected the internet connection.Worst service from Asianet.

No one picks up the call when we try to escalate the issue, came home and disconnected without proper intimation
