My cable connection was disconnected yesterday (18.12.2014) due to delay in payment. I had immediately made the payment vide receipt No. 2014/5145738 and the same was informed to your office by the Agent. However my connection has not yet reactivated. Although I am trying to contact you over phone Nos.[protected] and 3015501, either nobody is picking or computer reply all lines are busy. My coection is at Thrissur.
