Asianet — HD channels not available | |||
Hi, we have been contacting the Asianet customer care since months about the unavailability of HD channels. Almost all the channels(DTH cable) are showing the error "Signal not found" and the rest of the channels can hardly be viewed continuously as the video keeps breaking off. Sorry to say that the customer service of Asianet has been really pathetic. Each time I complain, I'm informed that they will check what is the problem. After 2 days, will receive an sms saying "Your issue has been resolved as per our records" even though the issue persists and nobody has contacted me. On some occasions, technician from Asianet came to my home. They checked everything and informed it is the issue of the cable and they will send those guys over. On the next day or day after that, the same sms is sent to me. this has been going on for almost 1 year. I'm really fed up with this and is planning to disconnect Was this information helpful? | |||
