[Resolved]  Asianet — non-refund of subscription amount.

I had asianet cable connection No AA91029915 at Trivandrum during 2012-14. I paid theannual subscription in March-2014 for the period from 1st Mar-2014 to 28th Feb-2015 with the pre-condition that the refund proportaionate refund will be made if the connection is not used. I submitted my application for refund but till date the Asianet is not bothered. My several call to the company has gone to deaf ear. Can any body in the company help. Devanand Sharma Mob-[protected]
