Really disappointed with your Customer Service. I have subscribed Star Sports HD 3 & Star Sports HD 4 (811 & 812) 3 weeks ago and still it's showing error message and telling to contact Customer Care.. Have complained 10 times and even went to my nearest office and the response was that the problem will be resolved within a day. Similar incident happened last month as i paid for ten channels but they didn't give the service. Such a irresponsible customer service and after calling them and visiting them more than 10 times i don't know what to do. They are taking money from my account and not giving any services..
