Sir, I am a digital cable connection holder for a long period. Of late it is seen that your cc division is going from bad to worse. It takes very long to pick up the call. Also I had the complaint of message "signal not found " Comming on the screen 2 to 3 times last few days . I have been repeatedly giving complaints but till it has not been solved permanently . At this movement also it is the same. Please do some thing permanently or I will have to go to consumer court. I have registered complaint today also @ 7.17 pm.
