Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd — Cable connection cut despite payment of subscription in advance | |||
From today afternoon my Asianet Satellite Communications Cable TV was now functioning and when called the complaint department ( Phone No.[protected]) I was informed that I have defaulted subscriptions since October 2015. But, I had paid subscriptions for the months of Sep., Oct., and November 2015 (Rs.750/-) in advance, in September 2015 vide Receipt No.[protected]. The lady who attended the complaint said that it was their fault for disconnecting my line inadvertently and it will be restored after 24 hours since registering the complaint which is their practice. Even after talking to the person for about 25 minutes over phone, she was unable to give a proper reply. My connection was cut for their fault and I could not watch the IPL football batch on 20th Nov. 2015 and other regular favourite programmes for their fault.
