[Resolved] Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd — picture freezing in TV | |||
I am an asianet consumer and no dues outstanding.(The mistake I done was that I have paid 5 yrs subscriptions together on 20/08/2010) Now I have only 4-5 channels working and the rest freezed..I have registered my complaint with their customer care on 11/09/2014 and they given the ticket number as AA08044355. Simply they replied on 12/09/14 that the complaint resolved.Again I have given the complaint on 13/09/14. They gave another ticket numberAA08044416. Without rectifying the complaint again they replied that the complaint is resolved. So far the complaint is not resolved. This is a cheating towards me. Please do necessary.
