My set top box is not working from 19 May 2016. My customer ID is AA91037731. (Mr. Premkumar, C-302, NABARD Gardens, Dr. Pai Road, Poojapura, Thiruvananthapuram - 695012). I had lodge a complaints on many occassions viz no. 01162648, 01162642, 01162483. Till now nobody has come. When I contacted them over phone they told me that my AMC is not paid that's why no services will be provided to me. Every month the sales person comes home for payment but have never informed me about this AMC. please take some action. Was this information helpful? | |||
