The coordination between the call centre and field is poor. Inspite of calling and informing about a mac ID mismatch from 12 noon, no complaint was registered and informed. I had called the operators at 12 noon, 1:39 pm, 1:43pm, 1:53 pm, 2:09 pm, 05:22pm, 06:10pm, 06:50 pm, 07:07 pm and still no complaint was registered. None of the technical assistance team contacted me or had come to site for technical assistance.
