Asianet — Shifting of broadband connection request pending from a week | |||
Had raised a ticket (AF[protected] with Asianet Satellite communications for shifting of net connection but hadnt got any response from them so far . Helpdesk people have a callous attitude even after following up and personally meeting them nobody has ever cared to come and check or call up and enquire . When contacted the helpdesk support i was asked to give a call in the morning for escalations . Not sure why the helpdesk available if they cannot listen to customer complaints during any tme of the day ??? Was this information helpful? | |||
