[Resolved] Asianet — Trivandrum Peyad moongode area service disruption | |||
In this area we are paying advance payment of one year, Inspite of that we are facing severe service disruption everyday.We complained in the Peyad office many times & call centre but the response is poor.The way they are handling is not professional.If it is rain or sun shine the service disruption is high.ACV is making as fools by taking advance money.The entire people in the area is planning to change to DTH if this way by ACV continues.hope they will address the issue .
