Asianet — unable to view HD channels

Sir, I am a subscriber to the Asianet cable service since a very long time(Customer number:GA[protected] I had changed it to digital format by purchasing a new set top box(No: N [protected]) by paying R. 7250(Rs 3500+Rs 3750) on 16/3/2015.Ever since, I am unable to view all HD channels, as promised by the service provider on subscription to the Digital format. Many attempts on all days since then to file a complaint has only met with lack of response from the local cable operator. Kindly do the needful and set right my complaint so that I can utilize the new set top box and the digital connection as intended to.
