[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Amount refund

I have received the wrong product from ask me bazar. I requested them to refund my amount. They have pickup the product and i have gievn my account details to refund the amount. But they have transfered to unknown account.

I asked them to review, but they are closing the tickets. Bull things with ask me bazar. I have requested them to give my ticket details where i have submitted the account details.

But they are not responding. Its has been 1 month. Am rising tickets and they are closing tickets without solving my issue.
