Dear Team Askmebazaar.com, It seems you are not interested in refunding of the amount paid by me. Instead of several mails/reminders nothing has been done so far. Every time your executive states regarding refunding that 'process is on and your amount will be refunded within 7-10 days'. Now its been over 50 days and you people are not taking it seriously. Its myhard earned money and I know how to get it back. This may lead you some serious consumer forum case, as neither you dispatche the proper order and above that you are keeping my money with you. Please cooperate gently otherwise i'll take your company to consumer court. Your speedy reply is expected. Note : For reference please see the trailing mail. AB2743527 Date: Mon, 18 May 2015 18:12:49 +0530 Dear Team Askmebazaar.com, I made an order wide no. AB2743527 (Sony power bank 10000 mah, Qty 3) on 04.05.2015 on askmebazaar.com. I received the consignment today i.e.on 18.05.2015 at approx. 04 pm. through Red Express couriers DOC no. 17679359. After opening the box I found only one power bank instead of three. So, it is the case of improper delivery. Two of the products (out of three ordered) were not delivered. The total costs I paid on COD for the order is Rs.2037.00 (for three power banks). It is requested to please look into the matter urgently & seriously and send the remaining items as soon as possible.
