Ask Me Bazaar — Money deducted from account and still product marked for cash on delivery

Hi, I have placed below order (Order Id: AB4102479 on 16 July 2015) and made online payment from my ICICI Account. Transaction id :[protected] The amount got deducted from my account on 16/07/2015 However the person who came to deliver asked for COD. Please explain why am I asked to make the payment twice. I will NOT pay twice. Dont fool customers. Kindly refund my Rs329/- which was deducted from my account.
