[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — No clue about where my product is and most pathetic customer support | |||||
I ordered a cycle on 29th jan. It was Next Day Delivery. Dint received it. Called them on 31st morning. They said we have raised a complaint, the guy will get back to you in 3 days. After 3 days 'sir kal pakka a jaega'. Called on 3rd 'sir 4th ko pakka a jaega'. Called on 4th, We are raising a ticket, someone will call you 3 days.Worst E-commerce ever. If i requested seller's information, sorry sir we cant provide you that. I asked to transfer the call to senior authority, sorry sir we cant do that. atleast 5 out of times their systems is on update, so they cant provide the information. And when they have no explanation, they will hang up the phone your face. Rather then spending money on RANBIR KAPOOR AND FARHAN AKHTAR, they should have spent the money on operations.
