[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Pathetic customer service | |||||
To whom so ever it may concern. I would like to draw your attention towards the order mentioned below. And the pathetic experience i have gone through. I had ordered czar elite smart pink flower 16 pcs dinner set on 21st may 2016, order no: ab12217728. After much waiting of 7 days where it was from net day delivery category i have got to know that the order has been cancelled as per request!! Now i want to understand who has cancelled the order, i got a call 2 days back from a person who said that he is from askmebazaar and has a delivery, he was standing on the gate no 1 of the address and was asked to come to the gate no 2 as mentioned in my address. After 20 mins i called him again and he said that he is coming. However after that nobody came, we kept waiting and tried connecting but could not connect. Today i have tried to connect to your askmebazzar customer care, i spoke to neha who said that the order has been cancelled as per request, on showing my dissatisfaction and my request to speak to the manager i got connected to ms neelam gupta, floor supervisor who also read the same status from the system and told me the same. I know she is the floor manager and will not be able to do anything however i wanted to speak to someone who can take some action and my order could be delivered at the earliest. Now my problem is that she said that there is no one who can speak to you nor there is anyone who can take any action. Now i am wondering the kind of customer relation you have and what customer values you have. She said even the manager will tell you the same and no one can do anything, then she said the manager is not available. I am hopeless now that anything would happen, i also would like to tell you that i am a person who have done ample of online shopping exp. And i must share this is the worst and the first time such negative experience i have got specially from customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
