[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Product not delivered and order cancelled | |||
Order# ab11617215p5472234 date: 17/4/2016 I order a vox rechargeable fan on 17/4/2016 with immediate full payment. Order was confirmed and on 21/4/2016 i got a message that item is shipped and should receive in 10 working days. Even shipment tracking was generated (Delhivery# s[protected] and i was tracking the same daily. Later i submitted a complaint with askmebazaar support to know the status, they asked me to wait till 10 business days it should get delivered. On apr 30th i got a message that my order is cancelled without any reason. Still haven't got refund amount. First of all i don't understand why they accepted the order and generated shipment tracking without even having the stock. This is very very frustrating behavior. This simply encourages me not to order with askmebazaar any more. I had the same experience in the past as well. I am sorry to say that this will be my last ever order with askmebazaar... Please remember company success begins with customer satisfaction. One of the key factors of becoming a successful business and to secure a company’s longevity is to create a solid and loyal customer base. Appreciate if money is refunded asap.
