[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar — Samsung television | |||||
I had purchased two Samsung television and it was delivered on 17th may .but when I opened for installation I found that the TV which I had ordered was different from which I got delivered I requested seller to take back k the product and he said that I have contact ask me bazaar then I accept . But when I spoke to ask me bazaar executive they are not agreeing for return . I agree that your policy says that within 2 two days I have to contact for return but I am saying that the product itself is wrongly delivered .so I request you to take back the product and initiate the money. If not I have contact consumer forum or jago grahak jago or akosha .so that they will resolve my complaint for forgery .thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
