[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar — Samsung television

I had purchased two Samsung television and it was delivered on 17th may .but when I opened for installation I found that the TV which I had ordered was different from which I got delivered I requested seller to take back k the product and he said that I have contact ask me bazaar then I accept . But when I spoke to ask me bazaar executive they are not agreeing for return . I agree that your policy says that within 2 two days I have to contact for return but I am saying that the product itself is wrongly delivered .so I request you to take back the product and initiate the money. If not I have contact consumer forum or jago grahak jago or akosha .so that they will resolve my complaint for forgery .thank you

I had contacted seller and he said that he is ready for refund only if ask me bazaar permits. As per my view the product is delivered is totally different for what I had ordered . So kindly refund my money and request the ask me bazaar executives to refund the the money and take product back. Even if you want you can speak to a seller. He also tells that product is delivered was wrong tv .I hope you will resolve my complaint and refund my amount .thank you
