[Resolved]  Ask Me Bazaar.com — Prepaid order not delivered and cancel/COD Order cancelled

I have not yet received the item which i have ordered in 1st november 2015.It has been 30 days since i ordered.Order No:AB6951907.This order has been prepaid with Rs.475. I have also ordered one more item with order no.AB6952380 for COD.I Have received order confirmation message from the company for both the order number.This means the company has committed to supply the ordered item to customer as the product is available.But i have not received any message regarding the ordered item for the next 20 days.So i send a mail to the company asking for the status.Then they replied that one of my order has been cancelled.I have not received any information about the other order. Then i contacted the company through customer care number [protected] and spoke with the customer care supervisor.She informed that both my ordered product has been cancelled by the company as they are not available.I have ordered those items because they have offered huge discounts on the produts.Now they have told me the products are not available with the seller.It is the responsibility of AskMeBazaar to make the seller fulfill the promise as the customer only believes and know AskMeBazaar, not any unknown seller from a corner of the country.Citing the Seller as the reason for not fulfilling the order means the company is purposely cheating the cusomer and holding their money back for months without delivering the products.If they have not accepted my order due to "out of stock" at the time of my order i would have ordered the product from some other good online retailer who also offered huge discounts on that day.Now i am subjected to untold mental agony and financial loss in the form of good discount from other retailers.I demanded my money back with interest or my product as promised before one month.

I placed order on 20, November. Got the mail and message on my mobile saying it is confirmed. After waited for 10 days, I didn't get any updates from askmebazaar. I called their customer care executive and she told me that the order is not placed and they didn't send me mail and message. First time I ordered something from this site. But my experience is worst with them. I never recommend anyone for askme. Dear Askmebazaar, plz concentrate on your service that you provide to your customer. Celebrities in the advertisement wouldn't help much.
