[Resolved] Ask Me Bazaar.com — Wrong product delivery and no pick-up or refund yet. | |||
On 9th December 2015, i had ordered a BROWN LEATHER JACKET FROM askmebazaar.com- ORDER NUMBER AB8273778(Please note, the seller clearly states that the jacket is brown in color). However on arrival, the jacket turned out to be blue in color. I raised a return request in the form of a ticket(Ticket # 32688) and on 30th December 2015 they confirmed that the product would be picked up in 6 days after which the full amount would be refunded within 5-7 days of the product being picked up. I waited for 20 days, no sign of a refund or reverse pick-up. So I raised another ticket on 27th Jan 2016(Ticket # 48793). They reverted saying theywill refund the full amount in 4-7 days. Then i got an SMS from them which said that the refund has been initiated and the amount would be reflected in my bank account within 5-7 days. Still waiting there is no refund, no email, nothing from their end. This is like torture, going through such an ordeal for ordering a simple thing as one jacket which is also of the wrong color.
